If you are new to the practice and wish to book a first appointment with Leanda, please use the form below.

Follow the directions below should you have any difficulties. Upon completing your booking, you should receive a confirmation email. If this is not received, your appointment reservation may not be complete. Please check your inbox.
Online Booking: How to book online at Future Proof Care
- Select the practitioner you wish to have an appointment with.
- Select the service you require: If you are new to the practice, select ‘first appointment’; if you are an existing patient, select the ‘treatment’ option. If you are requiring a massage, select the type of massage you would like.
- Select the time you require for you appointment (coloured squares, circles and triangles will appear in the days there is availability).
- Enter your details. (Remember to select the ‘Remember me‘ box at the end to save you having to re-enter your details when you next book).
- Click ‘I agree‘ to the Privacy Policy (once you’re read it).
- Select ‘Book appointment‘.
